How do I apply for Rewards For Rescue Card?

In order to apply for a Rewards For Rescue Card, please sign up to the website here or via our iPhone/Android app, if you have not already done so. When you log in to either site you will see a button on the navigation bar called ‘Purchase Card'. Click on this button and you will then be guided through the process.

I cannot use a feature on the website?

Please contact our team via email at feedback@rewardsforrescue.co.uk or telephone us on 01604 647770 and let us know which feature or website offer is not working. The IT team will test the system and get the website working again for you and get back in touch with you when it has been resolved.

I was a member of the Fire & Rescue Discount Site do I need to re-join?

Yes - Rewards for Rescue is a new website with many more discounts plus the chance to purchase our Rewards card. The website is still free to join and will only take a few moments.

I have forgotten my password

When entering your DOB please use the following example format - 11/12/1954
If you add the 'slashes' where applicable it will work correctly.
